Mobile public toilets can be classified according to structure, mobile mode, sewage treatment mode, the specific classification and characteristics are as follows.
1. Classified according to structural form
(1) Single structure mobile toilet: The mobile toilet structure is an independent single body, which contains only 1 squat position inside, generally made of fiberglass, polyethylene and other materials, and also spliced with concrete plates, or covered with light plates with steel structure brackets. It is characterized by a lightweight structure, very convenient to carry or hoist, and some can even be assembled on site, occupying a small area and facilitating flexible arrangement. Multiple single structure mobile toilets can also be spliced together, and connected into a mobile toilet array according to actual needs to meet the needs of more users.
(2) Composite structure mobile toilet: The toilet position inside a single toilet is usually more than 2, up to more than 10, generally made of steel structure bracket covered with light plates, and also used to modify container boxes, bus bodies, etc. It is characterized by a single toilet containing more squatting positions, which can be used by more people and has a higher utilization efficiency.
2. Sort by mobile mode
(1) Lifting, handling type mobile toilet: This kind of mobile toilet generally does not have a walking device, and is completely hoisted by the lifting device or directly handled by hand, or the components are transported to the site for assembly. Handling type mobile toilets are generally made of fiberglass, polyethylene and other light materials, and most of them are single structure products, because of their lightweight structure, easy to carry, can be spliced, is widely used in construction sites, temporary large gatherings, sports events and other places. Among them, mobile toilets used in construction sites are generally treated as low-value consumables in foreign countries, and are usually scrapped after the end of a project and recycled. Lifting type mobile toilets are generally made of steel structure covered with light plates, or modified by containers, etc., can be a single-type structure, most of which are multi-toilet structures, due to their large quality, need to be assisted by lifting devices. Some new types of lifting mobile toilets are loaded by pull-arm trucks, which are more convenient for lifting and moving. Hoisting type mobile public toilet is characterized by strong mobility flexibility, handling using mechanized operation, high efficiency, some hoisting type mobile toilets are also set in a relatively fixed place, especially due to terrain conditions can not build fixed public toilets, encounter municipal relocation and other situations, but also the overall lifting reapplied to other locations, reducing the loss caused by demolition.
(2) Power, trailer type mobile toilet: power, trailer type mobile toilet refers to the vehicle type toilet with walking device, generally modified by large passenger cars, large flatbed transport vehicle chassis, of which, the power type mobile toilet comes with power, can be easily driven to any place where the vehicle can reach, the mobility is very strong. The trailer-type mobile toilet needs to be pulled by the power vehicle and moved to the place where it needs to be set, but because it does not have a power device, the space utilization rate is relatively high, and there are also conditions to decorate it into a more high-grade mobile toilet. The common feature of power and trailer mobile toilets is that they are highly mobile and have more single toilets, which are suitable for use in places with large flow of people and high requirements for toilet building decoration.
3. Classified according to sewage treatment methods
(1) Water flushing and no water flush suction mobile toilet: there is a water flushing device in the water flushing mobile toilet, generally the water tank is placed on the top of the toilet, and the bottom of the toilet is provided with a sewage tank, while the waterless flushing mobile toilet has no flushing device, and the sewage tank set at the bottom of the toilet directly undertakes the excrement of the user. (3) Dry-type packed mobile toilet: This kind of mobile toilet does not have a water flushing device, and the excrement is undertaken by the degradable plastic bag placed in the lower part of the sanitary ware, and each time it is used, another new plastic bag is automatically replaced, and the plastic bag is collected and transported to the treatment plant for disposal after use. This kind of mobile toilet is characterized by no water flushing at all, saving water resources, and it is more convenient to collect dirt
4. Automated toilets
Some mobile toilets have added automation functions, automatically open doors after coining, automatically flush sanitary ware and floors after use, equipped with emergency call devices and facilities for the disabled, as well as mobile toilets that rely on solar energy supply, mobile toilets with their own power generation devices, mobile toilets with air conditioning equipment, etc., and there are many types. For example, the more common one is the vacuum toilet [4], which uses automation, relies on solar power generation, and relies on rainwater collection to flush the toilet, achieving a high degree of automation.
